Refund Policy for LMP Games
Here at LMP Games, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we understand that there are times when a customer wants a refund of a product, or a way of returning it safely, (this last point in the case of physical and/or tangible products). We have created a refund policy that explains our policies about refunds. We’ve also included information about partners and external services. Why? When you buy a product through a external platform, the refund policy will most likely change. There are some companies where refunds aren’t given at all, while others offer them if your refund request meets certain criteria.
If you buy a product or service using LMP Games (or its payment processors), a refund can be provided on a case-by-case basis. We don’t usually offer refunds though, because we believe that the customer has the chance to test the product and/or service, and verify that it works correctly on their devices and that it meets their expectations before buying it. We’re aware that there are many situations which can be out of your control, like an unauthorized or accidental purchase, among other reasons. Nevertheless, if you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at: email@example.com, use the live chat, or create a ticket on our support center and then select the “Sales” department from the available departments list. We’ll review your case as soon as possible.
Below you’ll find the refund & return policies of some external distributors and platforms which we use to sell our games, in-app purchases, merchandise, etc.
Why do refunds requests have to be reviewed?
There are many valid situations where a client would want to receive a partial or full refund (depending on the policies of a company), but this alternative isn’t supposed to be used as a way of “testing or trying” products, or keeping them after the refund has been given. In the end, this incurs risks for companies. That’s why most of them review each case and decide whether the client is eligible for a refund or not, according to the reasons and valid proofs the user provided.
Refunds on Google Play

Refunds on iTunes
You may be eligible for a refund. Use the “Report a Problem” option, to request a refund. Remember that you can request a refund for purchases that you have made less that 90 days ago. Click here to learn more about the refund policy of Apple.

Return Policy for LMP Store!
LMP Store is a subdivision of LMP Games, focusing on selling merchandise with designs of our characters and original contents, printed on shirts, bags and other accessories. We use many merchandise distributors, and each one of them has a different return policy. Most of these distributors don’t have a refund policy but a return one.
